Q: What if a synchronous call times out?
Make sure your HTTP client read timeout is ≥ 60 seconds. If a timeout occurs, the task may still have completed in the cloud — query its status via the
/detail endpoint using the request_id.
Billing
Q: Will I still be billed if a task is canceled? Canceling during Queuing or Preparing is free. Interrupting during Running still incurs charges for the portion already run. Interruptions caused by the platform are free. Q: What happens when my balance is insufficient? You’ll get{"code": 20049, "message": "Insufficient account balance"} and the task cannot be submitted. Please top up first.
Receipts and Invoices
Q: Where can I view or download receipts and invoices? Go to the Top-up page, find the order in the Order list, and click “Get Invoice” to download your receipt or invoice. See Terms of Service Sections 1.13 and 1.14 for the definitions of “Receipt” and “Invoice.”Output Files
Q: How long are generated result files kept? Output files (object_url) are retained for 15 days by default and cannot be recovered after expiry. We recommend downloading them to your own storage immediately after generation.
Concurrency Limits
Q: How can I increase my concurrency? Upgrade your plan tier (User dropdown menu → Purchase or in Settings → Balance & Entitlements click the corresponding tier to go to the top-up page), or contact sales at contact@bizyair.ai.
Q: What should I do when I get a 429?
Lower your concurrency, retry with exponential backoff, or upgrade your plan.
